| Eagles – Hotel California Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| Self destruction of the music scene. Right on. | |
| John Lennon – Watching The Wheels Lyrics | 15 years ago |
|
I think what "telengard" said about the music industry is very generally true, and sad as hell. Many of them worship money and don't care about people/relationships they've sacrificed in their lives. Would they care if the world actually found out just how scummy they are? I think they would. I also know there happen to be many good people in the music industry. |

| Deftones – Pink Maggit Lyrics | 15 years ago |
|
Why commit suicide or leave school if someone is bullying you? Why wouldn't you stick around, not give a rip what the bullies say or think about you, and finish school? I'd recommend never giving in to bullies. Try to find out why they are bullying you. What is it they are afraid of? Bullying is fascinating. Whether in virtual cultures or real life. I think our kids will have many interesting stories to read in their "sociology and cyberspace" textbooks. |

| You have gone through a lot for your friend. | |
| Gary Jules – Mad World (Tears for Fears cover) Lyrics | 15 years ago |
|
It's about the bad, bad world of advertising. And you "greetingssara" have been a part of it for far too long. I'm not bitter. (It's so difficult to decipher tone on computers.) I simply think the industry is crap. |

| Alice in Chains – Rotten Apple Lyrics | 15 years ago |

Rotten apple is all about the misogynistic music mafia @ songmeanings.net They like to cyberbully (and real life bully) people for advertising dollars and lyrics. Cuz they write songs man! They want to show you just how super cool their jobs are. General public- Watch your asses cuz no one is watching the watchers. Or are they? ;-) |

| The Beatles – Let It Be Lyrics | 15 years ago |

Reminds me of the guy who stalked me. He told me that regarding this website I should "Let It Be". He likes to threaten women. What a spooky sunuvabitch. |

| Coldplay – Viva la Vida Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| I know that guy too! He gave me a book on his business - the past 25 years of his stellar career. He gave it to me after he had been bullying me and stalking me for months - all for money and the music business! In the book he inscribed, "goes to show that there are people who are willing to pay you for anything." For stalking and bullying? Who pays him for THAT? Do they know? A he said to me once, "There are sooo many ways to fuck up your life". Very true indeed. | |
| The Exploited – Privacy Invasion Lyrics | 15 years ago |
|
Quis custodiet custodes ipsos? WHO WATCHES THE WATCHERS? Bruce Schneier, my idol, says watch someone long enough and you'll find something to arrest- or at least blackmail them with. Privacy is important because without it the information gathered can be abused to peep, to sell to marketers and to spy on enemies. (Whoever they happen to be at the time.) And whose enemy was I? Privacy protects us from abuses by those in "power". Privacy is a basic human need. It is intrinsic to the concept of liberty. We need to champion privacy, EVEN WHEN WE HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE. (Just like me! I have nothing to hide! Bring it!) Do you have things you want to hide? I think so! I realize a number is attached to my computer and I will secure you advertising accounts from Barney's, Neiman Marcus and Tory Burch. No problem. My gift to you. I also realize that anything I say on a "public" web forum can be used as material for lyrics. No problem again. I have no trouble with this. It is fine with me. But to get stalked? To get screwed with in "reality"? To have people know who I am from logging in anonymously to songmeaning.net and send me dead animals? To receive unwanted products and magazine subscriptions and crazy phone calls? NOT OKAY. To have my new friend pepper the conversation with phrases and words I have only used anonymously on songmeanings.net and tell me about people in the world who are "Very, very bad" is a total invasion of privacy. It is not legal. And it all happened here on this site. |

| Coldplay – Viva la Vida Lyrics | 15 years ago |
|
Keep on groveling you fallen "Captains of Industry". (But have you actually fallen yet? Are you truly disgraced and exposed?) Keep screwing people over for the almighty buck. Keep lying and keep stalking and keep trying to wreck peoples lives for your advancement. We will see where it gets you. I'm not whining or complaining, I'm truly curious to see where it leads. "There is a higher court than the courts of justice and that is the court of conscience. It supercedes all other courts." Does anyone out there- any paid employees of songmeanings.net- have a conscience? You can't ALL be "rotten apples". Surely not! We will see... |

| Pink Floyd – Wish You Were Here Lyrics | 15 years ago |
|
The part about your EMPLOYER is still not adding up for me. Your ex-boss who employed you for 15 years (he just told me he thinks you are "great" BTW ) recently informed me that he knows no one who is employed by songmeanings.net. (And he surely knows you.) Is he the one you are referring to when you say "employer"? Does he pay you? And he is the one who is employed by CBS and he is the one who knew everything I typed on this site and recited exact phrases back to me at breakfast, etc... So it is so strange to me that he is NOT employed by songmeanings.net and knows no one there. Could this be yet another lie and cover-up? So, my friend, what is going on? I mean there is NO way CBS (or any large ethical corporation) would employ people who are greedy liars, stalkers or sociopaths. I KNOW THAT. So, could it be they are not aware of the brutal tactics used by certain individuals (who they pay) to obtain "material"? Help me out here. Or I go back to my lawyers and LSD. And I'm not talking about the drug. Yoohoo! Anyone contributors out there at songmeanings with a conscience? Step up! |
