Just a little note, it's fooled, not fulled.

I hear...

"Trembling hands play my heart like the drum,
But the beat's gotten lost in the show"

I think it's,

"Cold hearts [brew] colder songs"

Panic! at the Disco – Hurricane Lyrics 14 years ago
Fixes:

"You [and God] both got the guns
When you shoot, [I think I'd duck]

[I led the revolution in my bedroom
And I set all the zippers free]
We said no more war, no more clothes, [give me peace]
Oh kiss me
Hey hey! We are a hurricane
Drop out anchors in a storm
Hey!
They will never be the same
[A fire in a flask to keep us warm]"

And:

"I am a wolf among the sheep
[Gnawing at the wool] over my eyes"

Jimmy Eat World – My Best Theory Lyrics 15 years ago
There is no "they've" that I can hear, so it'd have to be "Stand up as they been preaching" which sounds hick and out of place, especially since they could've easily fit in the "'ve". I also don't hear a "p" sound. It's might be just cause I'm biased, but I can hear a "d" sound in there, especially towards the end of the song.

I hear lonely instead of holy, too.

I'm pretty sure it's "Let's hope the old script gets a new twist" instead of "lets hold the script/it's a new twist".

And, not sure, but "stand up as they've been preaching" sounds more like "stand up as they bend reaching" to me.

No idea what it means though :D
