This song is so beautiful and I feel I can relate so much. Oh well... I always got the impression that it was about loving someone who doesn’t love in return, in the same way. I feel that although she really loves him and hopes he will love her the same way, she believes he is stuck in his own world and life complications. She is saying that although she doesn’t need him desperately she will wait until he feels the same way for her. She is hoping he will give up the ‘act’ he seems to be displaying and realise the love he should have for her. I love the fact that although he is confused and not loving her in the same way she is waiting without seeming like a desperate female who needs a man to complete her. But there is a hint however, as she still hopes he will return the loves she feels but she is not counting on it.
