That's exactly what i though. when i first heard this i saw a person who had an achohal problem, and was trying to confront it and get through it. unfotunattly they had some accident and got a little tast again, and soon ran out to party and drink, not knowing how to do anything other then dance. eveyone i talk to says its just a part, getting drunk and dancing, but it find it hard not to see the deeper alcohal ishue behind it. |

LOVE THIS SONG. i have a fanfic i've been planning to write on this, so i came here to get opinions, and i got more then i needed. i just need to ask something, that line "I'm the kinda guy who laghues at a funeral", i know that's supose to me he dosn't take much seriously, and it just him being him if he seems to not care about her, but is there more to it? if anyone knows i would love your feed back. well, i know that that's not the main idea they had with the song, but like all great songs you can see multiple meanings, and this one never realy occured to me. i was a little startled to here what you said but i think that that is part of it. although i have trouble accepting that theme in this i do agree that it is there, and is quite promonent. |
