| Sara Bareilles – King of Anything Lyrics | 15 years ago |

This is totally a perfect "F--- you" song! Well done on Sara's part. She's so great! I do have one correction, though. "But you expect me to Jump up on board with you Right off into your delusional sunset" Is it not "RIDE off into your delusional sunset"? Anyways, I just thought that was it, but I could be wrong. |

| I'm pretty sure it's both right? First time it's "Take a bit" second time is "say good-bye"... | |
| Ke$ha – Hungover Lyrics | 15 years ago |
|
The reason I really love this song is because, despite the title Hungover, it shows a deeper side of Ke$ha, which I really like. And going the obvious way, I believe it's about her trying to move past someone she loved that she screwed things up with. |

| I never actually thought of it that way until I read your interpretation. Now, I actually believe you are correct; after all, it makes so much sense and your description of each lyric is spot on. | |
| Ingrid Michaelson – Porcelain Fists Lyrics | 15 years ago |
|
Most songs that were not well known in their time, such as this, I find from (go ahead and make fun) fanvideos. I heard only a small portion of the song and instantly fell in love with the beauty and sadness of it. In regards to the video, the song was interpreted as heartbreak. She was suffering from a painful relationship that did not end well. Now, this is very general, because I still consider this an option as far as how I interpret it. On the other hand, I can also agree with the person above me in the case that it could involve violence or rape. Though I could never tell you the true meaning that Ingrid Michaelson intended, I do have my own visions based on the source in which I first discovered this masterpiece! |
