There's references to the Troy Davis trial in here too like when he sings, See A, See A, see them set the trial date a reference to all of the appeals that the court denied when Davis tried to turn his death sentence around. Also, You're doing something you don't quite understand/Makin' like he's a lesser man. To Davis's accusation that there was racism in the court system of Georgia.
