| I agree that it's about the ideals people have, but I dont neccessarly agree that only young people have such dreams. I am in the first years of my 20-ies and I dont think my spirit will change. It's all about stying true to yourself. | |

A great a song about how hard it can be to see a past love, especially if you are very proud. I think the best example for that is this line : "My heart it may be broken But my eyes are dry to see". She admits that he has hurt her, and that she truly loved and as a result of that her heart has been broken, or still is, but she didn't let herself cry or waste one tear and tried to stay rational so she could have a clear view. |

| I agree with most of the comments above. It definitely is about his comming out of the closet but apart froom that it is always important to see what the song means for anybody personally. To me it's about staying true to yourself and realizing that in life you have to be confident about yourself and belive in yourself. Even when you love someone, because you can never know the thoughts hidden in the head of your loved one. So it is best to be yourself and search for the one person who is best for you. Cohabitation is never the answer. It's never about being with someone for the sake of not being alone. It seems to me that it is far better to be single, than to share a life with someone that you dont love or are not happy with. In the end you are making yourself and the other person miserable. And you have to realize that you have only one life and in the end your life should contain one value : freedom. | |
