Could you explain to me the video? I don't really see how it coincides with the lyrics.

Five Finger Death Punch – Walk Away Lyrics 15 years ago
I believe this is about a girl who has screwed up in a relationship and she keeps begging and begging for forgiveness and another chance, but he decides to tell her... No. Just walk away, and forget about me... Forever. Because nothing will ever be the same again.

Five Finger Death Punch – Hate Me Lyrics 15 years ago
I believe it's about a guy who was madly in love with this girl, but she kept treating him like shit. Then she realizes that she is sorry and wants him back, but he knows that nothing can fix the damage that has been done. And he realizes what a real bitch she is, and decides to leave her forever. Haha

Avenged Sevenfold – Nightmare Lyrics 15 years ago
This song is about the death of The Reverend and all. If you watch the video, and then think about the lyrics and how The Rev died.

Eagles – Hotel California Lyrics 15 years ago
I slightly agree to most of you. I referenced it to a story by Homer called The Odyssey. It reminded me entirely of the part about the lotus eaters and how they keep you prisoner by feeding you the lotus flowers, and you lose track of all time and everything. "So I called up the captain 'Please bring me my wine' He said, 'We haven't had that spirit here Since 1969'." There is another part where it says "And she said, 'We are all just prisoners here Of our own device'." She tells him it's all because of them that they're staying there. They eat the lotus flowers and it makes them love being there. But in the story, once you stop eating them, you catch sense of reality. In the end of the song it says, "Last thing I remember, I was Running for the door I had to find the passage back To the place I was before 'Relax,' said the night man 'We are programmed to receive You can check out any time you like But you can never leave'." That is why I think it references to this story. This was my favorite part, and this is my favorite song.
