Direct quotes from the Bible: Malachi 4:2 and 3:17. These passages are about the final judgement and how "those who fear His name" will be spared from the fires of hell ("spare you as a man has compassion on his son" i.e. like a father). The "sun/son of righteousness will rise with healing in his wings" is about Christ who heals them and saves them, and how excited they'll be ("skipping like calves coming out of their stalls") to join him in heaven.
