2011 and I'm still in love with this song. The instrumentation just works out amazingly. Even though I relate to it in no way, the lyrics have a great effect on the song with its mood. |

This video is for their PAST album in 2008, this song is on an album of 2010. So no, it's not "definitely" about a psychedelic drug trip. They never even discussed anything about I Feel Better because IT DIDN'T EXIST!

vcmcthan is right, he does say "twenty-thousand lights;" you can hear it pretty clearly. Plus it makes sense since (like vcmc said again) he refers to them "swaying" on a Saturday night (e.g. - a concert). But yeah, this song is great (though it's not really ORIGINAL in the sound, usual Five For Fighting, which isn't necessarily BAD), especially the lyrics. |
