This song directly relates to my life right now in a slightly different way. My girlfriend and I had a great relationship, unbelievable one. Suddenly out of no where, she decided that she couldn't be with me ( so strange how everything went wrong so fast ) because she was confused about how she felt ( and i hope that this confusion does not last ) some other guy from her past made an appearance in her life and it brought about old feelings. She said it wasn't fair for her to stay with me, because she knew she wasnt being completely loyal to me, and that I didn't deserve that. I've tried talking to her, and telling her that I'm still completely in love with her, but I'm afraid that it won't make a difference. ( because these words might be too little too late, and i am afraid that i have already lost you ) She broke up with me during this summer, and I feel like maybe after the summer, she'll realize what she had thrown away. I've been going through emotional hell for this girl. ( now three months equals eternity, and this will be so hard ) Even now, I am waiting for her to come to the realization that we shared something so beautiful, that no one could ever touch. I just want her back, even after she's broken my heart. ( i will long to hold you in my arms ) |
