I have and anger is one of them. a big thing tht can consume you easily til it feels like a demon is ripping through your chest. and it feels like your going insane. also he wants his madness understood: open up your hate and let it flow into me. i definately think its not too much stalking but he's checking on her. i have an ex-girlfriend who i really cared about and when we broke up all i wanted to do was protect and love her. and the part:

I felt that same way after the break up. I think Sting realized tht it would seem stalkerish. but he wanted everyone to know tht he cared for this girl and when she left he wanted her back so he checked on her. he also could have been jealous: every night you stay. she's got a new boyfriend. |

I laugh how you guys r like "Oh its about a guy who is in love" this is one of the trickiest meanings. The "girl" is cocaine. its about a cocaine addiction. and i agree this song rocks hard. like i compare it with some 'metal' songs and it rocks harder. but sadly the modern version of this song (iloveicecream419) would not be about sex. drugs, drugs, frickin drugs! |
