Eyes on fire Your spine is ablaze Felling any foe with my gaze And just in time In the right place Steadily emerging with grace i feel the song, especially the chorus, seems appropriate to be sung by Jane(from the Volturi), even though she wasn't in the first movie and obviously the song had been released before the movie.. a. the voice is so apt for her b. how she can set your spine ablaze with pain c. how she can bring any enemy to their knees by just looking at them (her pain-giving ability) d. and because she is a vampire that naturally makes her graceful and she can emerge swiftly after the encounter with her enemies. the lyrics in the beginning of the song too have a lot of wordings that invariably remind me of her {seek you out, flay you, one word and you won't survive, feeding my flame}.. she's a villain in the movies/books but i seriously like her (Dakota Fanning does a good job!) i like how she seems like a innocent little girl but one look from her can flay anyone! ;) |
