i agree in a sense with you organized relifion focused on a book and a "mythological" person is pretty crappy. but its very evident in december underground and some sing the sorrow tracks that davey has a god/jesus complex. and he is definitly troubled or atleast very intrigued with his death and his afterlife. and the band in general hates "humanity" and in an interview the religious veiws of the band(minus adam) are all are agnostic. Interviewer - What's your spiritual background or religion? Davey: I'm God. Hunter: He follows him(points to jade). I'm atheist. Innterveiwer - Oh my god, you don't believe Davey exists? Hunter: No funny shisse. |

i think alot of you are really close. a guy and a girl fall in love and have sex(both virgins or atleast the girl is) and for the most part(exept the end) is about them breaking up at first because the girl cant tell him. the ending is about the hospital, with the doctors and stuff "what a passive thought when the truth is that im taking your life" can be seen as the baby "saying" it becuase now she will have to take care of his, essentialy "taking her life" and "now im alive" is also obviously the baby. if you think about it, it makes perfect sense. to me atleast |
