"I'll see you on the darkside of the moon" relates to back in the early 1990s everyone believed that the moon made people crazy hence the name Lunatic, lantin root luna which is refrenced to the moon. and the darkside of the moon is the insanity |

I'm very suprised no one even mentioned "acid trip" cuz thats kinda what it points to. I've done acid a few times and the high picks you up without you realizing it then drops you off without realizing it.

He's obviously trip balls thinking he's got Aladin's lamp and wishing he could stay in that trip forever but before the "Thing" could answer the trip ends and some take the "lamp" away but he doesnt realize the trip end and that why he only finds a candle, and the Magic Carpet is a medaphor for acid |

This song to me is about Syds battle with his mental state, Lucifer Sam, being is Scitzo in the form of a cat. And Jennifer is a medaphor for his girlfriend who tried to help but ultimatly didnt succeed cuz "he's the right side she's the left side" everyone knows that cuz of Syds mental state he beat his girlfriends and I believe this to be a medaphor for that, but idk I didnt right it |

This song is ovbiously about Syd Barrett, who left the band to go to a psych ward. "when the band you're in starts playing different tunes, I'll see you on the darkside of the moon." That directly relates to Syd cuz shortly after his departure Waters took over, turned Floyd into a rock-opra band "different tunes..." and Syd was clearly Scitso everyone new that, also "There's someone in my head but its not me." Relates to Syd. |
