maybe its about a guy who treated her badly? im not really sure. and the "'Cause soul map on the wall might've Listened to the children sing Sycamore down and the Ground was glistening" part confuses me. lovely song though, and simple and beautiful on guitar. the first "glistening" should be listening. |

i think the lyrics describe a picture. "When I see them When I hear them I see regions of sharp precision" meaning its a sharp picture and "Tied together with rope and twine Stuck together with paste and glue Two old planks of knotty pine A couple of nails that poke right through" is the picture. i dont know, thats just my interpretation. |
