I think the song is about a miscarriage, possibly abortion. The first two sections are about the immediate sense of loss. The third is about the things you miss as the child would have reached certain milestones. Finally is the acceptance. But every once in a while, that sense of loss comes back. Thus the title. It doesn't matter where, Just drive. |
