I think she is talking about Illegal Immigration. I think she believes that its a crime and illegal immigrants should be deported. Notice in the song she is saying to "Roberto" or "Alejandro" that she's not "their babe". Also she sings "She's not broken, she's just a baby But her boyfriend's like her dad, just like a dad. And all those flames that Burned before him, Now he's gotta firefight Gotta cool the bad You know that I love you boy Hot like Mexico, rejoice At this point I gotta choose Nothing to lose" Which sounds like she is talking about America and Mexico. I don't know, she says she makes her songs have multiple meanings so that everyone can like them. |
