i went away on vacation right after my girlfriends birthday. for her birthday, i made her a CD with only the acoustic bersion of this song on it and i put a note in the case that said "I'm not going to see you for a month. Play this if you think about me" she loved it. |

i carved in the sand the initials "I.W.Y.W.H." and sent it to my girlfriend when i went on vacation. she knew exactly what it meant and it made her really happy. this song is perfect (along with I Miss You) to play when you're thinking about someone. |

I believe he is writing this song for a single person who he is in love with. He is saying that a song about her would please everyone because that is how much she means to him. I may be wrong but when I hear the instrumental part, I picture the person's face with whom I am in love with. |

First, let me point out that I play this song in my car after I drop off the girl I like at her house. In regards to the "...rescue or me..." and "...rescue of you..." parts, I believe that these simply mean that he fears if he ever will fall in love, hence rescue. It's not really fear, it's just being worried if you can be that lucky to be in love. |
