| Descendents – Cool To Be You Lyrics | 13 years ago |
| My interpretation is that Milo is talking about how he feels isolated, this song is serious although he may sound sarcastic, he (and many of us) wish more then anything that they could fit in. He talks about how he feel isolated everywhere "And find a brand new place I don’t belong Some friends I'll never know New places I can’t go ‘Cause everywhere I've been Is on outside looking in" then he talks about cutting himself "Counting scars in the land of the smiling knives" He wants to fit in, but still hates the world that he wants to fit into, he's talking about a weird limbo point where all he wants is to be accepted but he hates the people who would accept him. | |

Ok holly shit i was just reading this over again and i think milo just wrote my mind... He is saying he is in love with a girl but dosnt know if she likes him back. He thinks he may be reading the signs wrong and he is just her friend. He is in love with her and she is always in his head but he cant do anything. |

| The Adicts – Numbers Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| My take on this song is maybe he is talking about being signed to a company the line "signing on the dot got my name on a form" or maybe he is talking about getting IDs or any kind of Documentation that gives you a number. You have your name but a number to go along with it. Maybe he is saying he just wants to be free nothing to bind him like in the modern day. he dosnt want documentation or a number like a prisoner he just wants to be free. Tell me your take on it. it could just be as simple as he dosnt want to be a prisoner, but i feel like theres more to it. | |

How has no one commented on this song? Ok well what he is saying is that the music life is fun but he dosnt want to to be his job. Its kind of the whole milo goes to college. Like rocking out is fun but he wants a stable job and something he can rely on (so he went to college) I think he is also talking about how ppl think being a rocker is great but the reality is it isnt and part of the fun is taken away. P.S. Make sure you listen to the end of the song. The very last words "I Quite" had me laughing my ass off each time i played it. Fucking hilarious! Rock on my brothers |

I feel that this song is about the biblical story of judas but when i listen to it, it reminds me of a metaphor for the government (if it wasn't obvious) but i feel it is more of how the government does not fear its people and how its greedy. I think they are trying to say how the government is crooked in many ways. And so you lash out To crush the ones below All the ones that you fear most And you call this crowd control well let me break it down for you This segment out of the song i feel is talking about how the government trys to silence the people opinion when it is not in their favor. This exert also talks about how the government/power should fear its people. All though it may have control over some, together the people can have control over the government/power. Well so that is my interpretation of it asides from telling the biblical story i believe it ties into any struggle for power or any person with power. So if you agree or disagree please tell me your opinion! i would love to hear! :) |
