Yeah, I'm not sure if this is what he was thinking when he wrote the song, but this is how I relate to it. There are times when I feel really stupid about basically everything I do. Even the smallest things can make me feel absoltely terrible about myself... But then "it's something that comes and goes." There are also times that I'm weirdly happy... Laughing at things a five year old would laugh. Now, I'm not sure that's a good thing, but at least it's better than feeling stupid and uncomfortable. "I've been changing, I think it's funny how no one knows." This is big for me. It's like my whole idea of everything has changed, but not necessarily anything super noticable. At these times, I feel like there's nothing I can do... But it does go away even if it's only for a day or two. "I'm bleeding and broken, though I've never spoken." Another big thing. I pretty much never tell anyone about any of my problems. It's not that there's no one I care about or that cares about me, I just can't make myself say anything. Anyway, this is just how I relate to it. |
