To me this relates to my life. My boyfriend of one year and half broke up with me because of my mother. She hated that we were together. We didn't want ro break up but the stress of sneaking around and not being able to see each other was really hard on us. So the part where he says "Half the time the world is ending, truth is I'm done pretending.to much time to long defending. Truth is you and I are dome pretending." it's like we were fighting with my mom so much to accept things and we were tricking our selves that things were going to get better.. But we're done pretending. So were over. And it's so hard.
