In my opinion, this song is indeed about sex. The "banana" is the penis and the "terracota pie" is the vagina, possibly the asshole. Vicinity is defined as 'near to', and 'obscenity' is defined as 'smut' or 'lust', therefore meaning that the girl has lust in her eyes, though she's being a "liar" by telling the guy that she doesn't want to be fucked. As jeems stated, it is possible to give a foot job, which could lead to having "bad feet." Also, "beating the meat" is another term for a guy masturbating.
