| Limp Bizkit – Back Porch Lyrics | 9 years ago |
|
Instead of: "Ain't no stoppin' this quietness Do some time and break it down" I'm hearing: "Ain't no stoppin' this crime Let's do some time and break it down." I'm 98% sure he says "crime" immediately followed by "let's" in the next line...so I can see how it would sound like "quietness", but it's not. As to the meaning...pretty much just a laid back party song. I think it fits middle age well, party on the back porch instead of going out to clubs/bars. |

| Weezer – My Name Is Jonas Lyrics | 14 years ago |
|
This song reminds me of my co-worker Jonas Consing as he works feverishly to complete work in the BlueSTAR helpdesk inbox, all the while avoiding his foreman boss and pretending to be a contributor to the Internet Service Desk. His name is Jonas. |

| Limp Bizkit – Get A Life Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| Lyrically the best song on the album. The bizkit is back! | |
| Limp Bizkit – Back Porch Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| Love this song. Perfect vibe. | |
| Limp Bizkit – Bring It Back Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| Best song on the album. Overall a nice comeback album. | |
| Metallica – For Whom The Bell Tolls Lyrics | 14 years ago |
|
5/1/2011 American Special Forces kill Osama Bin Laden ...and I immediately put on Metallica's 1989 rendition of this song where Kirk strums the National Anthem at the end GOD BLESS AMERICA. |

| Frank Sinatra – Summer Wind Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| I grew up listening to Sinatra (and Dean Martin) thru my father. I'm only 25 years old so I may not have the "credibility" to really talk about Sinatra...but I wanted to come here and just point out that if you add up ALL of the comments from ALL of Sinatra's songs on here then you won't pass 200. This is unfortunate, as Sinatra is a God, but also is probably the best example you'll find of a generation gap in music taste. I gaurantee that if all of the Sinatra fans from my father's and grandfather's generations were to post on this site...the servers would crash. | |
| KoЯn – Pop A Pill Lyrics | 15 years ago |
|
I can see what you mean, but the underlying meaning is still addiction. Noone is forcing him to feel this way, it's a side-effect of taking pills that make you feel "better" regardless of the source. "I need my fix today" "I can't live without you today" |
|
| KoЯn – Let The Guilt Go Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| Best song on the album (in my opinion). | |
| KoЯn – Fear Is A Place To Live Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| Again, pretty simple meaning here. People putting on a front and acting all nice when they aren't. Usually they have a motive to take advantage of someone, Jon in this case. | |
| KoЯn – Pop A Pill Lyrics | 15 years ago |

Shouldn't have to dig far for the meaning here...it's about drug addiction. WELL LOOK AT THIS!!! |
|
| KoЯn – Are You Ready to Live? Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| The meaning seems so simple on the surface, but then again I'm not sure. I think he's talking about his self-conscious. His mind playing tricks on him trying to get him to see happiness or joy, but there's only pain. I wasn't really diggin' this song at first, but it's growing on me now. I know because I've been singing it to myself in my head. Damn Korn songs seem to do that. | |
| KoЯn – Oildale (Leave Me Alone) Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| There have been some rumors surfacing that this is actually about Loc, John's ex-bodygaurd. I guess he was fired last year, not sure why. If not then it's just about Oildale lol. Escaping poverty, redneckville, things like that. Definitely NOT about head. There won't be any negative toward head this album, so stop trying to make the connection. | |
