| I my opinion youve totally got it. Urban hymns came out when I was in my late teens and me and my mates used to get up to all kinds of stuff! It reminds me of going out on a mad one to a club and getting high. Then going back to a house of somebody who you know or a friend of a friend and then carrying on there. As the night comes to an end, the light starts creeping through the cracks in the curtains, the cones smoulder away, we all talk shite and suddenly youre very aware of how the loud the fridge sounds, this all makes sense. This songs really tugs at my heart strings about days gone by. Times I cant ever get back but the memories will be with me forever. Talking shit with people is fun and some bonds can only be created on a twiggy velvet morning like the one Ashcroft sings of in this song.
