It's when the lead singer (Alex Trimble) met his girl friend at a theatre. Since Alex is an avid smoker he went out for a smoke and met this lovely girl and they started talking and things went on from there, although they are no longer together... they broke up last year... this song was written when he met her.

I love this song... it's amazing and it appeals to me :D
The song is basically Alex (the lead singer) is singing about how his friend wants to get back with her ex and he is saying it's a bad idea, and that he loves her more than her ex ever would. I think it's so sweet <3
It's like in my situation, I want to get back with him, but my friends are telling me it's a bad idea and he can't be trusted... the only thing is that I don't have an Alex to my story :( |

Cause it's saying that he's with the girl but he's realising other 'fine women' and having feelings for them as well as the girl he is currently with... 'Double Vision' basically means that he's seeing two feelings that are the same but are for two different girls... ifly this songg!!

I actualy researched this... Accidently
in Miley Cyrus' biography it says that she went on a date with prince charming who is
obviously Nick Jonas, and it went really crap because I think it was her friend who came along
and embarassed them and just made them feel really uncomfortable. So when Nick went home he
wrote this song in about 10 or so minutes. |
