There is a demo I acquired under the title "Why." hahah, not quite... this song is about booze and coke (and who knows what else that they don't mention in the song). waking in the morning after binging, and saying enough of this shit, im going to change my life... and then being tempted again, and relapsing. "It's getting late and I see the lion's den I'll be tempted once again Shining bright like a thousand little lights All just begging me to come on in for one It's not gonna kill me" question- instead of "lion's den" I always thought it goes "I see the lines down" or "I see the lines there"... but then again, lion's den would also make sense in that context (still referring to coke). what the hell is he saying? |
