Obviously everyone's gonna have their own opinions but I was just driving listening to this song tonight and it just kinda hit me like this: It's about a guy and he has this friend who he ends up falling in love with. They had an opportunity to be together but the guy was a dick and just wanted to hook up with other girls so he missed his chance. No, she's with another guy who doesn't respect her and is kinda taking her innocence (to me the smoking means like, he's smoking and she is only taking the drag because she's with him). The guy feels bad for not saying anything and driving her to this but he can't do anything about it. |
