| Boyz II Men – Little Things Lyrics | 11 years ago |
|
This is about relationships; You don't have to take it too seriously and expect it to last forever, so while you're in it, learn to appreciate the "little things". The second verse kinda explains it well: Giving me the best doesn't mean Giving me happiness I'll be satisfied with anything that comes close I don't want to settle for less but if I Do I must confess I won't Take it if it's not from your heart Sometimes we get wrapped up In all the fancy things but Don't expect life to be perfect It don't come with static cling We want cars and nice stuff, but sometimes it can be enough to just hang around with the one you love the most. |

| Dis is THE oldschool jam from the phillyboyz. Not too hard. Not too soft. The text is silly, but kinda obvious. They don't make 'em it like this anymore. | |

Writers block? I understand that $ony CENSOUR, since the truth stings! Here:s the lyrics: Speculate to break the one you hate Circulate the lie you confiscate Assassinate and mutilate As the hounding media in hysteria Who's the next for you to resurrect JFK exposed the CIA Truth be told the grassy knoll As the blackmail story in all your glory It's slander You say it's not a sword But with your pen you torture men You'd crucify the Lord And you don't have to read it, read it And you don't have to eat it, eat it To buy it is to feed it, feed it So why do we keep foolin' ourselves Just because you read it in a magazine Or see it on the TV screen Don't make it factual Though everybody wants to read all about it Just because you read it in a magazine Or see it on the TV screen Don't make it factual, actual They say he's homosexual In the hood Frame him if you could Shoot to kill To blame him if you will If he dies sympathize Such false witnesses Damn self righteousness In the black Stab me in the back In the face To lie and shame the race Heroine and Marilyn As the headline stories of All your glory It's slander With the words you use You're a parasite in black and white Do anything for news And you don't go and buy it, buy it And they won't glorify it, 'fy it To read it sanctifies it, 'fies it Then why do we keep foolin' ourselves Just because you read it in a magazine Or see it on the TV screen Don't make it factual Everybody wants to read all about it Just because you read it in a magazine Or see it on the TV screen Don't make it factual See, but everybody wants to believe all about it Just because you read it in a magazine Or see it on the TV screen Don't make it factual See, but everybody wants to believe all about it Just because you read it in a magazine Or see it on the TV screen Don't make it factual, actual She's blonde and she's bisexual Scandal With the words you use You're a parasite in black and white Do anything for news And you don't go and buy it, buy it And they won't glorify it, 'fy it To read it sanctifies it, 'fies it Why do we keep foolin' ourselves Slander You say it's not a sin But with your pen you torture men Then why do we keep foolin' ourselves Just because you read it in a magazine Or see it on the TV screen Don't make it factual Though everybody wants to read all about it Just because you read it in a magazine Or see it on the TV screen Don't make it factual See, but everybody wants to read all about it Just because you read it in a magazine Or see it on the TV screen Don't make it factual Just because you read it in a magazine Or see it on the TV screen Don't make it factual Just because you read it in a magazine Or see it on the TV screen Don't make it factual, actual You're so damn disrespectable |

| Michael Jackson – Whatever Happens Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| This is the best song from the Invincible album. This and the song "speechless". I can't describe this song more than just saying : What an absolutely fantastic piece of music! | |
| Michael Jackson – Billie Jean Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| No doubt this song is often mentioned in the list of "best songs of all time". | |
| Michael Jackson – Circus Girl Lyrics | 15 years ago |
|
Another underrated Jackson-song. You hear from his voice this was from Thriller recording session, and his voice is very lovely and smooth. The song is about a guy who meets a girl "waay above his league" but they fell in love and now he looks back at that moment when he was in love with that girl and how they both tried to save their relationships, untill a point when she "ran away". Jackson sort of describe how the love for this girl was so strong that he didn't see the consequences about their relationships. However, we don't know if they were acutally together, but from the lyrics "We both knew it wouldn't work But we took our chances" i suppose they were. |

| Michael Jackson – Cheater Lyrics | 15 years ago |

Very very underated Jackson song. Acutally i think it's because it's very not him. The lyrics are very ghetto'ish and cool. "Just put ya dime on the line baby, cos i own you, (ho!)" That line for example. The song is great, though! |

| Bob Marley and the Wailers – The Heathen Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| Sadly, after hearing the faster live version from Pittsburgh in september 1980, the studio version gets slooooooow. You need to be stoned I guess. | |
| Bob Marley and the Wailers – Revolution Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| At the very end of the song, when he's going up in falsetto, I think he sounds exactly like Michael Jackson. Kinda funny :-) | |
| Bob Marley and the Wailers – Pimpers Paradise Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| "I'm sorry for the victim now!!! Soon their heads.."-line give me goosebumps! The lyrics are just heartbreaking. This goes deep into you. Sad, really.. | |
| Bob Marley and the Wailers – I Know Lyrics | 15 years ago |
|
This is my favorite song from the posthumous Confrontation album from 1983. I think it's better than "Buffafo Soldier". Once again, he tell us about Jah, and when everything looks bad, you can always turn to him, because it will be better later. Jah will be waiting there (In heaven). It sort of reminds of "I know a place", not only the title of the song, but also the lyrics. Comparation: "When the hole world let you down" / "are you the victim of the system" "I know a place!" / "Jah will be waiting there!" |

"Rise up, fallen fighters: Rise and take your stance again. 'Tis he who fight and run away Live to fight another day." So true.. so true.. That's why bulllies keep bullying - Because no one keep them stopping!! |

| Bob Marley and the Wailers – Ride Natty Ride Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| The line that goes "Go deh, dready, go deh" just sound so cute. It makes me happy. | |
| Bob Marley and the Wailers – Top Ranking Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| The lyrics tells about the situation in africa, like many others songs from the survival-album. They want to keep the contintent weak, so that the "west world" can be rich. Hence the lyrics "all they want us to do is keep on killing one another". That could be the reason why there aren't any medicines for aids, etc. Because it's cheap in the "west world", but expensive in Africa for that sort of reason. | |
| Bob Marley and the Wailers – Misty Morning Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| "Don't jump in the water, if you can't swim." - I just love that line. This song makes me happy in a sort of bitter way.. I just can't express! | |
| Bob Marley and the Wailers – Forever Loving Jah Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| This is my all time favorite song by Bob Marley. The lyrics are quite personal, and he sort of tells that whatever happens, he still hold tight to his bealives. | |
| Bob Marley and the Wailers – Work Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| Yeah, I think the lyrics are quite obvious. He means that for people to get together and be free from "evil" things like war, corruption, manslaughter and suffer we seem to have endless of work to do. You could tell by his weak voice that he was very ill att this point. Pure amazing song. | |
