I don't think Nightrain50 is trying to lure people into Christianity. I think he/she is a Christian and sees Christianity in the song. I don't think he/she are trying to convert people. Truthfully I am a Christian but I don't think this song is about Jesus but I think Ronnie did make it vague on purpose to draw these types of debates about his song. I agree with ItsMeDave, why would he make this ONE song so religious? I don't believe he would. I think the song is about Herion and the effects it has on whomever(him) uses it. And he uses "vivid fantasies" to describe how Herion users feel and what they think when under the influence. I honestly don't know either way but I know this is a EPIC song to me. |

First, RIP TO THE BEST THAT EVER DID IT AND WILL PROBABLY EVER DO IT. Sometimes I feel like I have lost my brother or a part of me. It's crazy but he was my brother that I had for unconditional love. OK, to the task at hand. The song is deep. I love everyone's thoughts and interpretations. I believe that most of your correct in your thoughts. Nice to see other peoples thoughts. Mine don't differ much from yours. I agree that it's, 1st Verse, Family(but specifically for him his mama) 2nd Verse is Friends, 3rd Verse is Woman you love. Someone else mentioned the fact that he is stating that these are the places you should put stock into when it comes to unconditional love. I never thought of it that way but that sound right and make me appreciate him even more. Thanks. I didn't know about the Hammer thing or that it had Power 106 within but it was pasted over. I beleive both of those to be true. Last but nowhere near the least is my favorite part of the sont is: Driven by my ambitions, desire higher positions So I proceed to make Gs, eternally in my mission Is to be more than just a rap musician The elevation of today's generation If could make 'em listen It is something that I try to live by as an artist and as a man. And what's messed up is that they still don't get it and it's gotten much worse. But I hold on to what i know is true and keep the fight alive. |
