You guys who say its about Poe are neither right nor wrong. Alesana wrote the entire basis of the album in a storybook format. They had always wanted to do a true concept album and this was the product. When you buy the Cd, for those who actually still do that, it comes with two booklets, one containing lyrics, the other contains the story titled The Emptiness. The story itself is not about Poe's "Annabel Lee," more like the way Alesana themselves would have done it. |
