Well, shit. I was taken back at first, this song is quite dirty! Seems to be about the girl he wants sexually, using him as a stripper pole. Unlike most of the pop songs that are blatantly about sex, this one doesn't even try to hide it. Love it. |

And “John Lennon” isn’t about the Beatles, it’s about a guy walking around a student neighborhood in Hamilton and trying to make sense of it all, everything that’s going on around him. The analogy is to John Lennon in ’67 trying to find himself after breaking away from the Beatles and started getting involved in eastern philosophy, when he went through more of his experimental days.
