Lol. Just put that in simpler words. Instead of making it so complex. I am thinking to rephrase what you said more in the lines of , " Three cheers for five years is about a couple who have been together for five years but then the girl finally confesses that she cheated on him and he loves her so much that he forgives her but then she just ends up breaking it off in the long run because she doesn't feel comfortable with the relationship anymore."
