| Envy on the Coast – The Great American T-Shirt Racket Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| i'm in complete agreement with the TWLOHA idea as well. For the longest time i thought TWLOHA was a band. If you're going to have a group that helps suicidal individuals, you should reach out with your mission statement a little better than they do (especially since the majority of people i have come across thought they were a band too!!). One visit to their website makes it seem as though they are more in the t shirt business than in the helping people business. It really does seem more like these people get a TWLOHA t-shirt to advocate their suicidal tendencies and get a little sympathy/attention, as if cutting wasnt enough. Hence "now i have a t-shirt, to go with my scars." I've struggled in my life with suicide and depression, and not once did it occur to me that i needed to get me a shirt to commemorate my depression. | |
