| I tend to agree. The first half of the song is Davros to the Doctor talking about the eternal war they've literally fought for millenniums. The second half half then, starting with "We both carry the fire, that has the power to end life..." is the Doctor's response, the same offering of peace he extends to all his foes at some point. The last chorus is also reminiscent of the offering the Doctor made to the Master at the end of The Last of the Time Lords, to battle across the cosmos for all time. All in all it's an excellent song, one of my favorites by Chameleon Circuit. | |
