I think it's not about rape, but rather about how a lot of pig headed men approach sex. Like, "b*tch likes me staring at her, that's why she's wearing that dress. She wants to get f*cked" That sort of mentality. An abusive approach to sex, but not necessarily rape. |

I agree with some of the previous posters on here. I think that this song is about casual sex in the backseat of a car. The perspective of the song is just after the act, while he's driving her home. Now, since the girl's "dizzy head is conscience laden" he's gotta start lying to her to make her feel better. "These conversations kill" because it weighs on him emotionally ("too much trippin' and my souls worn thin"). "Too much walkin', shoes worn thin" could mean that he's been making a habit of womanizing, and "Time to take a ride that leaves today no conversation" could mean he needs to stop doing this. Like: time to stop this habit and maybe take a ride home alone from the bar for once... |
