My interpretation is that he's tired of all the shit of life, and he just wants a break from. He doesn't want "Sweet Talk" or bull shit about the world that will make him feel better. He wants the world for what it is, but he needs a break for all the bad elements of it. And with that break he wants to find all the good that actually is there and hold on to it. |

I completely relate to what your saying. The same exact thing just happened with me and this is the only song that seems to get it.. It helps knowing even someone like Rivers has been through it. |
