Ianapoc, I kind of diagree with your statement, I like that it is before Lord Xenu because I love the irony in this song and their change musically on this song. And I also love how the screams come on the second after this song ends. I think it's a great transition in the album personally, but that's just me. This song is amazing, I love TDWP for changing their style on this song. Shows that they're willing to take risks in their music making. |

| Well you could argue that Arewhyayeen but I also think that it could mean what other people said. Trying to find forgiveness for your sins, the "cloud of darkness" being all of your sins. As for "wound by wound, I torture myself," it could be like I torture myself by sinning, bringing myself further from God's grace and such like that. I love this whole album so much, there's so much meaning behind it and I absolutely love it, plus it's such great music altogether. This is one of my favorite albums ever. Period | |

I think the bees might have to do with the plague of locusts from the verses in the bible. If you look in the lyric book they have the verses and pictures of the 3 plagues that encompassed the Old Testement world (Excuse my lack of terms I'm going off the top of my head here). One of these is locusts, which could make the same sound as the bees...? Anyways that's my thoughts of the "bee" noise. And to think even further, there are other noises throughout the song that could be interpreted the same basic way, only I don't really know why. Such as the rock things or whatever it is in the beginning of "This Song Is Called" (least I think it's TSIC) or the noise at the end of Hey John. I agree, I wear band shirts and skinny jeans because I like band shirts and skinny jeans, and I like to represent the bands I enjoy listening to. And I find skinny jeans sooooo comfortable that I wouldn't wear anything else at this point. To me this song is about all the same things everyone else said, all the people just trying to be "cool" by wearing what everyone else wears and acting how everyone else acts. And this is one of my favorite songs on a final note |

I think this song has to do with: "I am running faster. Faster than you can believe" -running away from something you did (murder is the example used throughout this song clearly) "I think there's something you should know Staring into a wall." -having to live with the guilt of the deed you have done because you can't tell anyone "My head throbs... Til it bursts" -again, living with the guilt "There is something inviting. About staring into a wall. Covered in lead" -living with the murder you've committed while the lead from the gun is all you can think about, or something like that. "Diabolical minds think alike" -evil minds or evil minded people are all the same...? "Somewhere you don't belong" -you don't belong to this crowd "Hope it takes you Getting away with murder Staring at a wall." -hopefully you've learned your lesson This wasn't really with much thought overall but I think in general it has to do with living with the guilt of something bad you have done. :) |
