| Junior Boys – Bellona Lyrics | 7 years ago |
| Not 100% but think this song is a reference to the book Dhalgren, which takes place in the fictional US city of Bellona. Involved a massive sun in the sky and a main character who didn't remember his name. | |

"There's a trigger somewhere let's pull it, there's a trigger somewhere let's pull it." Believe there is a slight "if" before each of those. "If there's a trigger somewhere let's pull it" "and you suppose that ever reigning champ eventually meets his burden." Should be: "and you suppose that ever reigning champ eventually meets his better." |

| I agree - sounds like it could go either way but from the context of the line after "but they bow down to him anyway" suggest that it is 'no' and not 'new. | |
| The National – Anyone's Ghost Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| I thought the line "you said it should tear a kid apart, it does" was "the city should tear a kid apart, it does", works with the Manhattan reference. Was my one of my favorite lines - disappointed that it isn't accurate. | |
