It's about how he wants to feel something- even if it is pain. Then it means that he still cares and things still effect him. Being numb means you're totally unattached and nothing matters to you anymore. Having something to hurt about means you cared about something in the first place. |

It's definately about losing control sexually. I don't know if I'd go as far as to call it rape, though. The speaker knows he's wrong but can't help it. He also knows it will happen again. |
