| Yes, it is a part of lyrics (though, it's written wrong). You are probably watching it in youtube, and there is a short version of the song, so this part is skipped, but it's included in full version :) | |

Actually, I think this song is about friend/lovers moral to his out of control friend. In this way it makes a lot of sense. First two lines are meant as the friend doesn't know how to live properly and leads him to self-destruction, the question about "are you ready to die" is meant for him , so the person would to think over it if it's worth to continue like that. And last two lines in first part shows that she believes, that he still can be normal guy like he used to be. The chorus basically tells you about his habits going out clubbing/partying in nights, getting wasted, meeting new "friends", possibly drug abuse (all the things that includes self-destruction). Scream out loud part is for when they start arguing about his issue, he could go up in flames telling that everything is fine, and he would have his supporters (people just like him) "And you didn't try didn't try, try to follow me When I turn my back It was always someone new" This shows that the friend tried to make him decide, will it be either him/her or his current lifestyle, but that didn't matter to issued person, since finding new "friends" isn't hard with his lifestyle. Last part basically is a wailing in desperation because of loosing lover/good friend, and that she/he can't do nothing about it. Word "lowlife" is quite obvious, it refers to lifestyle he's having. Hopefully I didn't miss anything, but I made my point. And yes - sorry for bad English, not my native language. |
