I'd like to correct a line. "The saints went marching, the trumpets sounding, the chosen ones are phoning home" |

Actually, allow me to correct myself slightly. The second-to-last line should read: "This wooden clothespin left scars on my nostrils" |

It's anyone's guess as to where we're gonna sleep tonight I'd always hoped for a five star hotel But crossing my fingers has put my whole arm to bed When it awakes we'll be safely in jail I can still taste the smell of Mom's cooking After a week of rotting outside Wooden clothespin, the scars on my nostrils I can't take a breath without the fresh scent of pine |

The lyrics are: "With this ring am I wed to thee My whole world is your property" I am one hundred percent positive. They should really be corrected. |

| I may be wrong on this, but it seems to me that the "baby cum angels" line is actually "they become angels." While I wouldn't put it past Isaac Brock to throw in a line like that, it seems a bit out of place. Mostly because it doesn't even make sense structurally, whereas "they become angels, fly around you" actually works. I don't own this physical album, so does anyone have the lyric booklet and know for sure that I'm incorrect? I'd like to be more certain about how that line goes. | |
