To me it seems that they are two lovers who are in a broken relationship, and only one tries while the other just doesnt see the point in being together, they could already see the relationship is over. its hurting the person who is trying to hold on, but they cant make the other love them, "You can't feel anything that your heart don't want to feel I can't tell you something that ain't real". I can see the idea of cheating too with some of the lines, or it could just be the lack of her not caring and its breaking him. all in all this is an amazign song, and I can relate to it so much, always playing it over and over everytime I listen to it. |
