This is such a deep song. When you know someone who has taken their own life, you always wonder what you could have done. It is something that will haunt you the rest of your life. What if I could have been there? Could I have done anything to change your mind? I just wonder if this song has had that effect on anyone. I had a close friend that took her own life and every time I hear this it makes me think those things. I think she was set on ending it. She killed herself less than a mile from my house. She tried to slit her wrists. When that didn't work she tried to overdose on Oxycontin. When that didn't work she hanged herself from the shower curtain rod in the bathroom. If there is anything this song should represent is that there is always hope... a light at the end of the tunnel. Open up to friends.. talk to someone. There are people that care. There are even more people that will hurt terribly when you are gone. It may seem hard at the time but try your best to get some help. I know I strayed from the song meaning and I'm sorry.. this song just brings up many emotions. |

Well, back in my neck o' the woods, this is courtin' music. There is nothing better than firing up the old pickup truck and driving to the sticks with some BRC blaring out the Audiovox. I mean hell.. the first time I picked up cousin Earline, I do believe it was love at first sight. We drove down by the river, and she was all like "Play it again, JimmyBob" so I had to explain to her that this here tape would eventually wear out from overuse, and that if she wanted to hear it again she better be giving me some consideration as such. Well, on about the third go around she took off her top.. well, you can imagine what happened next. We ended up making sweet sweet love to the sounds of bullfrogs and coal miners. It was beautiful.. and now every year we celebrate our child Kleenex's birthday she claps along with her crab-like mitts and if the sun is right you can't hardly notice her one good eye staring off into the distance while the lazy one glares blindly at our NASCAR clock that overhangs the kitchen.

OOoooooooooooH! I love me some lil wayne~! I mean he single-handedly created hip-hop, right? There was no such thing as "rap" before he started, right? Oh and he is so sexy too... looks like a little pet monkey with tattoos. All I know is that my balls swell up every time this song comes on the radio.. for real!
