I like the piano in Rufus Wainwrights version... too bad Rufus Wainwright is singing along with it.. Just an awful listen... monotone, raspy and unnatural... I couldn't get through the whole song due to his irritating voice. I don't mean to offend anyone.. but, JB rules this song. |

I agree.It's about the one who Got away. He probably got his present wife pregnant at that party while he was drunk hence- ''i met my wife at a party, when i drank too much''..now he has a son who he barely communicates with.. maybe out of regret. |
