The first time I heard this song, I had to be no more than fourteen years old, I just sat there and cried. Years later, I still can't listen to this song without getting the chills. I wrote a short-story based on this song and I wish I didn't burn that notebook because I'd love to read it now. It sounds like this Amy girl was someone Conor went to school with. It doesn't seem like he was very close to this girl. Either way, the way Conor tells stories is incredible. I don't think I'll ever stop believing that. This song will never stop haunting me. |
