This song is anthonys answer to any questions of lyrical meanings in any song he has written. There is obviously alot of interpertation that can be made for just about any circa song. the most common themes revolve around relationships weither they be with a girl, with god or even with the music circa makes and im not going to side with any one of this but suggust that the songs were written to be interpeted in several different, and i felt this was exemplified in the first verse. "I will find a different way to say Your gonna have to change everything you made Your going to have to reword every metaphor you've used So that people who are hearing are confused" He wanted to find a way to write his songs to confuse listeners and force them to draw their own conclusion as to the meaning of his songs and that all his songs were not written just to let out his feelings but so listeners could let their feelings out through them too.this is showen in the second verse. "If that's the most important thing you do Detail every ounce of pain that you went through Make sure you leave something down to show the way back" In that last line its almost as if hes telling you to look back at the conclusions you have drawen and find the corralation there is probly one common theme which may be different for each person anad make the connection back to yourself.the next verse is my favorite hes basically saying anyway you read into my lyrics your gonna wonder if your wrong because the only way youll know is if i tell you and im not just going to give you the answers for free and be straight forward thats not how life is and if this is what im going to be doing with my life i want my lyrics to be relatable to anyomne who listens to them. its hard for me to put these thougghts into words but thsis is what i think but i could be wrong |
