This is the song of ultimate surrender. It's one of the best Deftones song if not the best song on Diamond Eyes. "I'm out of my head" for wanting this so badly, for wanting to give into my passion for exposing my desire that could either break me or heal me. Memories consume the unity of what we could do together, here's the wish of really uniting for what we all come here for, love. Could it last forever? I hope so. |

I'm enjoying your interpretations for the album as a narrative story about a King & Queen and Earth and the Beyond. Obviously there is anger at the female figure because of a perception she expressed or a behavior she exhibited that went against the obvious code of conduct she was unaware of, perhaps partly due to ignorance, perhaps partly due to selfishness. |

xfacefuckx I think hit it on the nose. Perhaps he was inspired by people who don't know what to do with their admiration for him, are frantic to share it, and interact with him in ways that make him uncomfortable. I guess that's the price you pay when you bleed your heart out on stage and the world loves you for it.
