I think it could be about a guy meeting up with an ex at a club. He's gone out for the first time and run into her. He still loves her, but he knows she's not worth it. As a side note, I used to think the line "Your clever words mean nothing more to me, than a lot I've heard in a movie" was "Your clever words mean nothing more to me that a lot of hurt in the morning". As in waking up the next morning realising you've done the wrong thing. :) |
