| I heard that this song was a tribute to the four boys that were killed in a car accident in their hometown. I'm pretty sure ABR wrote this song to help the families morn and anyone else who has lost someone. My opinion anyway. | |

I don't feel this son is talking about society at all. I think it's talking about depression. These are norms of society. "You need the danger just to feel your heart beat. You need to die just to find your identity. You need the knife just to know that you can bleed. You need the pain now just to feel anything." People look down on wrist cutters and that is what I believe this verse is saying. By feeling pain you are feeding the machine. "You need to another death just to have a life to save. You need a master just so you can beg.You need to light because your so afraid. Now bow down and learn to be a good slave." This is the fear within someone. What else can they do. They are scared. I do agree with what dsDrummer218 has to say about the two guys on the shoulder. One is telling the person to feed the machine and hurt themselves why the other is telling the person to kill the machine. This is just what I feel this song is saying. |

Okay I have to agree with everyone here. The Album is obviously about Zombies but it is also about Christians being outnumbered. I also went to http://bit.ly/aInt7y posted by dr0mztm to read the interview. Sure he said it was entirely about Zombies but he said nothing about it not being about Christianity. Apparanly Survivor another song in the EP is about somone who lost his wife and then stays away from the zombies. In other words his wife could have lost faith. But to relate back to this song. Find your post, find your shelter In hopes of outliving the undead Build your walls, maintain protection With ambitions of beating the odds This is about keeping stong in your faith and not letting go no matter what. "Find your post, find your shelter" is aboutgetting help from other Chistians when needed and Build your walls, maintain protection is about staying stong and not letting go in what you truly believe in. The only problem with this song is you can't convert zombies back into people. |

| WOW this song is right. In case you haven't figured it out it's talking about abortion. The writer is writing from the unborn baby's point of view saying how he/she wants to live. Abortion is wrong. The world tries to hide the word "murder" under the word abortion and it isn't right. | |
